COVID POLICIES

Please review our Covid-19 policies and procedures prior to your appointment. We are continuing to monitor things and may make changes as we see fit.

 

We have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We know these are difficult times and we are doing our best to navigate them and continue to serve you at the fullest capacity possible, while maintaining a safe environment

IMPORTANT COVID-19 POLICIES AND PROTOCOLS, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2022

SCREENING

Upon entry we will take your temperature with a no-touch infrared thermometer. You will also need to complete a Covid exposure questionnaire with your paperwork. If you have a fever or have been exposed, you will be asked to reschedule.

MASKS REQUIRED

We are still requiring face masks over your nose and face when entering the building. It needs to remain in place at all times, except during "under-the-mask" procedures. If you do not have a mask, we have some available at the front counter.

NO WALK-INS

We are by appointment only at this time and not accepting walk-ins for any services. However, we can sometimes accommodate same-day appointments. Please call the studio to inquire about same-day availability. Shopping for jewelry, aftercare, merch, etc. does not require an appointment.

NO PLUS ONES

In an effort to keep our client to artist ratio to a minimum and maintain plenty of distance in an already tight space, we are not allowing "plus ones" in the studio with clients. Any additional guests will be asked to wait outside, with the exception of guardians for minors or for extenuating circumstances, such as mobility challenges. If you require assistance from a family member or friend, please let us know at the time of booking and we can make arrangements to accommodate a guest during your appointment.

UNDER-THE-MASK
SERVICE RESTRICTIONS

We are not offering any oral piercing or tattoo services at this time. Cosmetic tattoos are the only exception to this policy.

We are currently requiring proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test (within 48 hours prior to the appointment) for all nostril and septum services, including piercings and jewelry changes. We do not accept photos or digital copies of vaccine cards. You will be required to present the physical card at the time of your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

If you have tested positive for Covid, are experiecing flu-like symptoms, or have been exposed to someone who has, we kindly ask that you please call to reschedule your appointment. You will retain your deposit for illness-related cancellations, as long as you reschedule within 30 days of the appointment for a new date in the future.
