REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT
The first step to request an appointment is to fill out a consultation form. Once we receive and review your request, we will touch base with the next steps. Due to the large number of appointment requests, we may not be able to fulfill every request but will try our best to get you on the schedule.
Once you have submitted a consultation form, please be sure to look for an email or phone call to from the 3 Ravens booking team discuss scheduling.
A deposit of 20% of the estimated final cost is required at the time of booking. We will provide information on how to put down a deposit once your appointment is scheduled. Deposits MUST be made within 24 hours of booking your appointment. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
