Important New Protocols Effective Immediately
In addition to the health & safety guidelines below dated May 1, we're adding a few more policies for our shop effective immediately.
1). You must be wearing a real mask to enter the studio. This means a disposable surgical mask, or a multi-layered cotton mask. Athletic scarves, neck gaiters, and bandanas are not permitted.
2). We are currently accepting nasal piercings, but we are still not accepting any oral piercings at this time.
3). The price of our lobe piercings has increased by $5. Lobes are $30 per piercing with a standard stud included.

Important New COVID-19 Protocols Effective May 1
Announcing new guidelines we will be practicing and require you to follow:
1). If you have had any flu-like symptoms or have been around anyone who has in the past 2 weeks please reschedule.
2). All customers are now required to wear a mask. No excuses or exceptions. You will not be allowed in the studio without one.
3). Upon entry we will take your temperature with a no-touch infrared thermometer. Artists and staff members will have temperatures taken twice daily.
4). Upon entry you will be asked to sanitize/wash your hands and refrain from touching personal items or your face.
5). You must come alone - that means no friends or entourages. We will not allow them inside the studio. No exceptions. They can wait outside or in the car for you.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We know this is pain, but it is the times that we currently live in. We are doing everything we can to protect you, our staff and our families.
Appointment/walk in policies:
If you had a appointment before the shutdown or had your appointment canceled, please know some of our artists are backlogged. We are doing our best to navigate this new system and will be in contact with you shortly to reschedule any cancelled appointments.

We will not be answering any Instagram or Facebook messages at this time. We are currently responding to emails or phone calls only.
All appointments will require a deposit - this includes tattoos and piercings. This can be done over the phone or through the egift giftcard button on our Instagram page. Any deposits paid will come off the cost of your service and will also guarantee you will be seen. You must bring proof of your deposit to your appointment.
We are currently not taking walk-ins, but that doesn't mean you cannot make a appointment for the same day. Follow the steps above and allow a very wide window of time that you will be available and we will see where/if we can fit you in. If we cannot do same day we will offer 1st available the following day.
